Synchronicity was originally hired by Wyatt Seal back in 2016 to redesign their website which at the time, hadn’t been updated for over 10 years. We were also retained to handle their digital marketing which has allowed us to view how users were utilizing the new website and where ongoing adjustments could be made to drive better conversions. Fast forward three years and Wyatt Seal was ready for Version 2.0 of their redesigned website.
The redesigned site would need to allow for easier navigation of Wyatt Seal’s capabilities along with improved Calls to Action (CTAs) and an overall design aesthetic that updated the user experience on mobile devices.
We first created updated buyer personas for Wyatt Seal based on the data we’ve collected from our marketing efforts the past three years. This allowed for our designers to place a renewed emphasis on UX and how the different personas would navigate the variety of capabilities Wyatt Seal offers. Next, we looked to update the fonts and overall brand look & feel.
We worked with the folks at Wyatt Seal directly over a few months to understand their specific requirements in order to build their tools to their exact specifications. Our long standing relationship was the key that made our process seamless and efficient. The finished product included: a new style guide, updated site navigation & UX, a new homepage design and updated CTAs throughout the site.
Since the launch of the redesigned Wyatt Seal 2.0 website we’ve seen incredible results:
