Randy brings a rare mix of creative energy and sales expertise to his role as Founder and President of Synchronicity. Before starting Sync, he sharpened his leadership skills as a regional manager and sales trainer at Aflac®, where he built high-performing teams and winning sales strategies.
With 20+ years at the helm of Synchronicity, Randy has pushed the limits of what a digital agency can do—merging smart strategy with bold creative to help clients grow. He’s stacked up multiple CIW certifications in web design, development, and security, along with hands-on training in everything from e-commerce to graphic design.
When he's not leading the Sync team, Randy’s rocking stages across the U.S. and Canada as a Billboard-charting musician with six albums to his name. His blend of artistic vision and business savvy fuels Synchronicity’s innovative, results-driven approach.
