With more than 20 years at the helm of Synchronicity, Randy has continually pushed the limits of what a digital agency can be—merging smart strategy with bold, original creative to help clients grow and stand out. He holds multiple CIW certifications in web design, development, and security, complemented by hands-on experience across e-commerce, UX, branding, and graphic design.
Outside the agency, Randy channels that same creative drive as a Billboard-charting musician, performing across the U.S. and Canada with six albums to his name. This blend of artistic vision and business acumen fuels Synchronicity’s innovative, results-driven approach—where creativity and performance go hand in hand.
