Randy Smith

President & Founder

Randy brings together a unique blend of creative vision and extensive sales experience as the Founder and President of Synchronicity.

Before launching Synchronicity, Randy sharpened his leadership and training skills as a regional manager and sales trainer at Aflac ®, where he developed strategies that fueled the success of sales teams.

His academic achievements include multiple certifications from CIW in Web Foundations, Web Design, Web Development, and Web Security. Additionally, he is a graduate of New Horizons, where he earned certifications as a Certified Internet Webmaster with a focus on web design, e-commerce, development, and graphic design.

For over two decades, Randy has led Synchronicity, challenging traditional business models and using his entrepreneurial expertise to drive significant growth in sales and marketing for a wide range of clients.

Beyond digital marketing, Randy is also an internationally recognized Billboard musician. He has recorded six albums and performed across the US and Canada, captivating audiences with his musical talent.

Randy’s fusion of artistic creativity and strategic business insight makes him a dynamic leader, constantly innovating in web design and marketing strategies.
