Synchronicity was initially hired by Wyatt Seal in 2016 to address a critical issue: their website had not been updated in over a decade and no longer reflected the company’s evolving brand or capabilities. The outdated design and limited functionality were holding them back in an increasingly digital marketplace. Recognizing the need for continued growth, Wyatt Seal re-engaged Synchronicity in 2019 to further enhance the site’s design and user experience. At the same time, the company was shifting its internal focus toward attracting and engaging prospects through digital marketing—and once again turned to Synchronicity to craft a custom strategy tailored to their goals.

The Challenge
Founded in 1972, Wyatt Seal had built a strong, trusted brand over nearly five decades. With such a well-established presence, it was essential to design a digital experience that reflected the company’s identity and culture—resonating with long-time clients while also attracting new prospects.
Although some aspects of the project timeline had to be adjusted due to the impact of COVID-19, every element of the strategy was ultimately implemented. Despite the challenges of 2020, the collaboration delivered meaningful results and positioned Wyatt Seal for continued growth.
